Avondale University

For more than a century, Avondale University has stood at the intersection of faith, scholarship, and purpose-driven education. It is a private institution established in 1892 that operates as a Christian university with two campuses, including Lake Macquarie and Sydney, both located in New South Wales. Additionally, AU has had multiple historical names over the period from 1897 to 2021. AU offers a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and vocational courses in high-demand areas like Nursing, Teaching, Business, Arts, Counselling, and Ministry & Theology. Apart from its diversification of courses, their faculties & staff are also delighted. As of 2023, it had a total staff of 156, comprising 56 academic staff and 100 administrative staff.

Avondale University has made a unique contribution to higher education study in Australia because of its strong focus on personalised student experience. And because of its massive global presence & popularity, AU enrolled thousands of students every year. During the 2023 academic year, it enrolled approximately 1,495 students across disciplines, which is categorised as 1,125 for undergrad studies and 370 for postgraduate education.
