MBBS in Armenia Admission Process 2023-2024

  • Registration: The registration process is the initial step in the admission process for MBBS admission in Armenia. In Armenia, university admission sessions are often held in October. To begin the admissions process, students must first register by paying the registration fee.
  • Documentation: The following phase is documentation, in which candidates must provide required documents in soft copy form, together with all of the information requested on the university's admission portal. For more information, candidates should consult the list of documents.
  • Admission Letter: An admission letter is generated after scrutiny of the student's application and document translation. This means that the student’s admission has been accepted into the MBBS program at the respective university.
  • Apostille and validation: Documents are apostilled and validated at this step. Candidates must bring all essential academic records, as well as their NEET scorecard and any other necessary documents, in authentic form. All documents will be sent to the Indian and Armenian authorities for confirmation and notarization.
  • Letter of Invitation: The respective university will send a letter of invitation once all documents have been satisfactorily validated and all applicable requirements have been met. This clearly shows that the student has successfully registered in the university's medical degree program.
  • Visa Process: The visa application process will begin after the candidate obtains the letter of invitation from the university. Other than academic records, the visa application process necessitates the submission of extra documents. The visa application procedure should take no more than 10-15 business days. A student visa is good for a total of three months but needs to be renewed every year.
