AMA School of Medicine is among the top medical colleges in the Philippines and offers BS-MD degree programmes similar to MBBS degree in the UK, India and Australia, recognised worldwide. AMASOM campuses in Makati and Cavite provide an environment for learning with a vibrant and contemporary set-up. AMASOM provides competent faculty comprising professionals from different streams of the medical field and conducts teaching through English. Hence, it also suits international students looking to pursue MBBS abroad. AMA School of Medicine provides for 6 years BS-MD program that includes an internship, which you have to clear. Once you have passed the NMAT examination, you are good to go into the MBBS part of the course; graduates in science are directly offered admission in the MD part, as there is no need to pass any entrance examination like NMAT for these students. It is also preferred by students from India due to similarities in Indian culture and a comfortable stay.
