Pham Ngoc Tak Medical University was established based on the Ho Chi Minh City Medical Staff Training Center based on the Prime Minister's Resolution No. 24/QD-TTg dated January 7, 2008. government. The school is a public higher education institution in the national education system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and is under the direct control of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
