If you are under the legal age to manage your own Education Vibe Account, you must get the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use an Education Vibe Account. Please have your parent or legal guardian read these terms and conditions with you.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and permit your child to use the services, these terms apply to you, and you are liable for your child's conduct on the services.

These sentences can help you recognize your connection with Education Vibes so that you can go forward. In general, we grant you permission to use our services if you agree to abide by these conditions, which describe how Education Vibes operates and how we make a profit.

Education Vibes majorly operates in two vertical which are MBBS Abroad and Study Abroad.

In MBBS Abroad vertical, education vibes specifically provide assistance to students who are interested to pursue MBBS or its equivalent degree program from foreign countries like Russia, Georgia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan etc.

In Study Abroad vertical, Education vibes specifically provides admission assistance to students who are interested to pursue courses other than MBBS from foreign countries like UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and Canada only.

Education Vibes Fee:

• MBBS Abroad Vertical: Education Vibes offers the MBBS Admission support services with service charge agreed between student and company. Students are advised to pay the service charge directly to designated company account under the name of Brightroute Consulting LLP. Any kind of fee payment other than service charge is not supposed to pay to Education Vibes or its any of the employee's personal account or in form of Cash Amount. Students are advised to secure a receipt of the amount or get an acknowledgement email from the accounts team of Education Vibes. In any exceptional circumstances, if any kind of fee paid to Education Vibes designated account, please secure an acknowledgement email from the accounts team of Education Vibes for the same.
• Study Abroad Vertical: Education vibes offers the Study Abroad vertical admission support services with on-boarding fee of Rs.2000 which is directed to pay directly to designated company account under the name of Brightroute Consulting LLP. Any kind of fee payment like tuition fee, visa fee, accommodation fee, international health surcharge fee, university application fee or any other kind of charge is not supposed to pay to Education Vibes or to any of its employee's personal accounts or in form of cash amount. All the amounts other than on-boarding fee should be paid directly to the designated vendor or to Forex vendors accounts or to university portals in form of online mode only. Students are advised to secure payment confirmation or invoice of payment within 2-3 working days of the payment. In case, your designated counselors is not able to provide the same, please escalate the issue to admission@educationvibes.in.

Education vibes has arrangement (directly/indirectly) with the universities and it earns after successful enrollment of a student in a University, as per their norms.

Follow these terms and any service-specific terms.

We grant you permission to use our services as long as you comply with the following conditions:

We provide a number of policies, a Help Center, and other tools to address frequently asked concerns and provide ground rules for utilizing our services. You may find links to useful resources, such as our privacy policy, copyright help center, and policies page. Even though we grant you access to and use of our services, we reserve all rights, including intellectual property rights, in them.

We want to maintain a courteous atmosphere for everyone, which means you must observe the following ground rules:

• Conform to all relevant legislation, such as export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and anti-trafficking regulations.
• Others' rights, particularly privacy and intellectual property rights, must be respected.
• Do not abuse or injure others or yourself (or threaten or promote such abuse or injury), including minors, by deceiving, defrauding, unlawfully impersonating, defaming, bullying, harassing, or stalking others; hosting or distributing obscene content; or inciting the violation of any laws.
• Do not mistreat, injure, interfere with, or interrupt the services. For instance, any incorrect information regarding a course, university, or course costs.

Our service-specific extra terms and regulations

explain the proper behavior that all users of such services must adhere to. Several of our services allow you to report abuse if you notice that others are not following our guidelines. If we act on a report of abuse, we also follow the procedure outlined in the section on taking action in the event of a problem.

We'll give you advance notice wherever possible, explain why we're taking action, and offer you a chance to correct the situation, unless we reasonably believe that doing so would:

• violate the law or the service of a legal enforcement authority
• undermine an inquiry
• compromise the functionality, integrity, or security of our services

A contract like these Terms of Service does not always limit your legal rights. These terms are not intended to limit such rights in any manner.

These terms define your experience with Education Vibes. They do not grant other persons or organizations any legal rights, even if they profit from the partnership under these conditions.

We utilized examples from our services to make these phrases easier to grasp. Nevertheless, not all of the services described here may be available in other countries.

If these terms contradict service-specific additional terms, the service-specific additional terms will take precedence.

If it is discovered that a single term is invalid or unenforceable, it will have no effect on any other clauses.

If you violate these terms or the service-specific extra conditions and we do not take action immediately, it does not mean that we waive any rights we may have, such as taking action in the future.

If our information changes these terms or service-specific additional terms, we'll let you know in advance and give you a chance to look over the changes. The only time we won't do this is when we're launching a new service or feature or when we have to act quickly to stop abuse or meet legal requirements. In these situations, we will provide you with the opportunity to review the changes. Stop using the services if you do not consent to the revised terms and conditions. Also, you are free to terminate your partnership with us at any moment.
