In 1993, the government of Nepal and the International Society for Medical Education joined forces to create the College of Medical Sciences (CMS). It is affiliated with Kathmandu University and is recognised by the Nepal Medical Council. Mr Nagendar K. Pampati, MBA, Chairman & CEO of ISME Pvt. Ltd., oversaw the establishment of the College of Medical Sciences. They now rank among Nepal's best private medical schools.
