Manila Times College of Subic, formerly known as George Dewey Medical College, is a private university located in Subic Bay Gateway District II, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, Philippines. Established in 2007 by Dr. Dante A. Ann, a noted journalist and chairman emeritus of the Manila Times, the university offers undergraduate programs in nursing, medical technology, and business administration, as well as graduate programs in medicine. It is the first university in the Philippines focused on mass media and the only institution managed by qualified journalists.

  • Application: Students can apply online. The university requires that students fill out the application form and submit it, along with the required documentation and registration fees. The university will then send the applicant a letter of conditional admission. 
  • Admission Letter: This is the second important step. The student will obtain an admission letter from TMTC for the MBBS program following the verification of all required documents.
  • Attestation and verification of documents: Students must provide the institution with the original documents. Documents that students have studied are then verified, translated, and notarized. The completed assignments are then examined, translated, and notarized. For specific instructions, please get in touch with Education Vibe staff. This procedure typically takes 10 to 15 days once it has begun.
  • Arrival: We take care of all your pre- and post-departure requirements, such as international SIM cards, hostel accommodations, and foreign exchange regulations. Additionally, we can buy airline tickets. This is the final step to reaching your destination.
