  • Registration: To begin the admissions process, students must first register by paying the registration fee, the admission sessions are usually held in September and the application date is the September cohort is usually the 15th of July.
  • Documentation: Candidates must provide the required documents in soft copy, together with all of the information requested on the university's admission portal. For more information, candidates should consult the list of documents.
  • Admission Letter: After reviewing the student's application and translating documents, the acknowledgement letter is generated. This implies that the student's admission to the MBBS program has been accepted.
  • Apostille and validation: Candidates must present all essential academic records, NEET scorecards, and other necessary documents. All documents will be sent to the appropriate authorities in India and Vietnam for validation and notarization.
  • Letter of Invitation: After all the verification & validation university will send an LOI (Letter of Invitation) to the student. This clearly shows that the student has successfully registered in the university's medical degree program.
  • Visa process: The VISA procedure will begin after the candidate obtains the university LOI (letter of invitation). The visa application procedure should take no more than 10-15 business days and it needs to be renewed every year.
