Weather and Climate in AMA School of Medicine
Makati has a tropical climate with average temperatures varying between 25 and 34 degrees Celsius and is warm and humid year-round with wet and dry seasons (dry season lasts from November to May, while wet season lasts from May to October).
Summer
March to May Hot, humid temperatures between 30C and 36C with brilliant sunshine and very strong sun on mostly clear sunny skies and on very hot summer days; short heat thunderstorms appear. Spend the weekend on beach getaways to Batangas or Palawan, go to malls with air-conditioning, unwind in coffee shops and rooftop bars, paint the town red, swim and do a staycation in cool spots.
Winter
November to February (cooler dry season) Nice and not too humid weather, temp ranges 24C to 30C, cooler in mornings and evenings, mostly dry conditions with some light rain showers throughout the whole season. Take walks in the city, go sightseeing and enjoy the nice weather; shop at the sales festivals and holiday markets; dine on a terrace; visit and participate in a feast; and visit parks and places of culture; it is ideal to go out.
