National College of Ireland is a non-profit, third-level and state aided education institution in Dublin established in the year of 1951. Originally, it was called Catholic Workers College, Dublin. The college is spread over an area of 0.8 acres, it is an urban campus. Admission to the university is moderately competitive. If students meet the eligibility criteria and minimum requirements set by the university, admission is not difficult here. National College of Ireland acceptance rate is around 33%, for selective courses..Your admission will be considered on your academic history. The National College of Ireland has a specific requirement for paying tuition fees. You are required to pay a tuition fee for the modules you register for each year. You are not required to pay for your qualification up front. The tuition fee for undergraduate programs is around 10,000 Euro, master's and higher diploma is 15,000 EUR, and 12,000 EUR, respectively. Let’s assume you are doing a bachelor program in NCI and invest the amount in a 3 years of honours degree program then your cost of investment would be 30,000 Euro. A graduate from this University usually gets an average salary of 60,000 Euro per year depending on the program, so you will be able to get your return of investment in less than a year.

Applicants need to apply to National College of Ireland by visiting the website of the university. One does not need to select the admission category for the NCI campus he or she wants to get admitted, because NCI has only 1 campus till date.

Reference letters and personal statements are required for admission to any of programs at National College of Ireland, but if the university asks, you will have to submit them.

You can apply to one program only at the National College of Ireland in a maximum of three of your choices. At National College of Ireland, you have to complete one program, after which you can pursue other programs of your choice.

National College of Ireland has a variety of scholarships available—some that are automatically considered for, and others that are application-based and program-based.

The tuition costs can vary year-to-year and are also dependent on your status in Ireland. Normally, the tuition fee for undergraduate programs is around 10,000 Euro, master's and higher diploma is 15,000 EUR, and 12,000 EUR, respectively.

In NCI, students can work up to 20 hours a week during term time and up to 40 hours a week in the holidays. Holiday periods have been standardised - June to September inclusive and from 15 December to 15 January. Students with stamp 2A permission are not allowed to work.

A minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum band score of 6.0 or better in all components is also acceptable for admission at National College of Ireland.
