As a premier public institution of higher education in the Russian Far East, it is ranked among the most reputable universities, recognised by the WHO and NMC. It offers a comprehensive 6-year General Medicine (equivalent to an MBBS) programme, delivered entirely in English, with an annual tuition fee of ₹4.95 lakh. The programme integrates theoretical concepts with practical clinical training at regional healthcare facilities, including the Primorsky Regional Clinical Hospital. This complete academic and professional teaching process has attracted over 500 Indian students who are pursuing their MBBS in Russia with this programme. Pacific State Medical University boasts a vibrant campus, with over 1,000 international students forming a multicultural study environment. Students engage in meaningful research and clinical training by utilising available resources, including high-fidelity simulation centres and specialised diagnostic laboratories. One of the most unique aspects of Pacific State is the coastal location in a port city, which leads to a balanced student-to-teacher ratio, allowing a more immersive learning and clinical experience. International students will find comfortable accommodation with well-equipped and furnished facilities, allowing them to pursue their MBBS abroad with a sense of security and comfort.
